8-year-old Rushed to Holy Cross Hospital in Serious Condition

An 8-year-old girl from the 6400 block of South Albany, was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in serious condition. Reportedly, the child missed a medical appointment, related to chest pains. This evening, around 9:50 pm, the girl stopped breathing.

A Chicago police officer on the scene described the girl’s condition as a possible DOA (Dead On Arrival).
