Did a Chicago police officer - caught on video - threaten to murder a handcuffed suspect?
In a recently posted YouTube video, a bloodied man, who either fell or was thrown to the ground, refused to put his hands behind his back.
Instead of complying with the officers' orders, the suspect, who was bleeding profusely from the head, kept screaming, "I can't breathe!"
Once the suspect was restrained, an officer leaned in and whispered something to the prisoner.
The prisoner responded by saying, "Nigga, fuck you! You'll kill who? I'll spit in yo' face!"
