Four subjects, comprised of two females and two males, were reported for allegedly scamming people on a South Side CTA train, according to police dispatch reports.
Citing police communications, the incident happened on a commuter train near the CTA Orange Line Kedzie station at 4900 South Kedzie Avenue in Brighton Park, around 12:55 pm.
The four suspects, who were described as black or African American, were reportedly going from car to car, harassing and trying con CTA riders, said a 911 caller.
However, at the time of this report, it wasn't immediately clear how the so-called suspects were trying to take advantage of the commuters.
One male subject was described as fat with a dark complexion.
A female accomplice was wearing lime green boots, said police.
According to an officer at the scene, the alleged offenders got off the train at Western Avenue.
If you witness con-artists or disruptive behavior on CTA, call the police… and if it’s safe to do so, record the incident and send it to news@chicagonewsreport.com.
