Six to seven black males were filmed loitering in front of a Far North Side restaurant; the person who videotaped the group said they were selling drugs.
The incident was filmed outside the Jamaica Jerk restaurant at 1631 West Howard Street, between Marshfield and Paulina.
In the video, one black male, believed to be part of the group, was stationed in a doorway at 1635 West Howard Street. He appeared to be engaged in a casual conversation on his cell phone.
An eighth suspect, on the opposite side of the street, acknowledged the group, then left the area in a dark-colored Caddillac with the possible license plate of P91 6217.
Seconds before the cops arrived, all the players fled scene.
How do you know they're drug dealers? Maybe they're Northwestern grad students forming a study group? Im guessing finance or economics. How dare you suggest otherwise! There's no crime in Rogers Park anyway.

Broad daylight. You people have been blind since about 2006 here.
Anyway, got rid of that car real quick. I didn't want to see $58K turned to $9K overnight.

There are ONLY two answers to the growing crime problem in this city...(1) Get rid of McCarthy and install a real Chicago-born-and-raised copper who will lead the department and by proxy take Rahm along to share the glory (although he doesn't deserve it) and (2) Hire more coppers and take off the restraints so instead of just showing up they will "advise" these worthless drains on society to pursue a different way of life.
