The female assailant's hair was styled in a ponytail and she was wearing a gray shirt and dark short pants.
The suspect and her company were last seen walking westbound on Newport Avenue.
About an hour later, another woman was attacked outside a Far North Side, Rogers Park gas station, said police.
Around 11 p.m., a woman was beaten outside the Mobil gas station at 7550 North Sheridan Road, near Sheridan and Howard Street.
Two black males in their 20s jumped the woman, punched her several times, and ran away, said police.
One suspect has a medium complexion and he is approximately 5'8" and 140 pounds. He was wearing a black hat, a black t-shirt, and khaki short pants.
The second offender has a light complexion with tattoos on his neck and arm. He is approximately 5'8" and 170 pounds.
At the time of this report, the motives for the attacks were unknown.
UPDATE: A second woman was attacked in Rogers Park.
Citing police dispatch reports, two men approached a woman from behind and choked her near the intersection of North Ashland Avenue and West Jonquil Terrance, around 11:40 p.m.
The suspects were described as "males from the neighborhood".
After the incident, the offenders fled the scene in a black, four-door Jeep Wrangler.
By the time I get done judging people on the content of their character, they'll be BEGGING me to judge them on the color of their skin.
ReplyDeleteExcellent assessment.
DeleteWhy do black people hate White people so much in this city?
ReplyDeleteI've been across this entire country. Your Alabama black vs. Iowa white puts you all behind 58 years. Anyway, you've got Jennifer Hudson now. The poster chil' of black-on-black crime. Even Chaka, a Black Panther, fled decades ago.
The Boystown attack appears to be yet another race-based Hate Crime.
ReplyDeleteWith the cameras installed on Halsted by both the City and the NorthHalsted Business Alliance, we arent we provided photographic evidence of these offenders? Part of the problem is that no one in a position of authority is willing to identify BLACK visitors to the area as the PRIMARY SOURCE OF TROUBLE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Why hasnt Alderman Tunney addressed this issue?
Don't allow apologists for black misbehavior blame urban poverty for the socially unacceptable behavior.
ReplyDeleteThis isnt a blanket condemnation of all blacks but of those who deliberately turn their back on social cohesion and racial harmony.
Mainstream black culture is defective - and Bill Cosby and President Obama were criticized for finding fault with black families.
What reputable employer would hire these social misfits? They reek of hostility, ignorance, disrespect, anomosity and bigotry toward non-blacks.
Tiny Dancer should devise a plan whereby Lincoln Park Zoo residents are charged admission to the adjacent neighborhoods.
ReplyDeleteI know admission for LPZ residents has traditionally been free, but.......
Yeah, I totally don't understand the camera thing. I was attacked by a black right under one of those things and the po-po had to get a description from witnesses including which way he ran, etc. then turned and asked me the same questions. I pointed up to it. Yeah, it was a "hit and run" (like a girl). From behind no less.
ReplyDeleteAre they just for lawsuits against the police, multi-million dollar jewelry heists, chronic right-on-red offenders or........??????
