Around 9:47 p.m., three black males, 14 to 16-years old, tried to mug a man near the intersection of West Howard Street and North Bosworth Avenue, in Rogers Park, said authorities.
One would-be thief was described as shirtless and riding a bicycle.
All three suspects have dark complexions, said police.
The victim sustained a “small cut” on one of his hands, but he refused medical treatment, said a responding officer.
As of 10:26 p.m., there was no indication the offenders were arrested.
