Cops: Rogers Park roommate stabbed over breakfast cereal

Tuesday, a man in his 40s was stabbed in Chicago’s Far North Side, Rogers Park neighborhood, said police.

Around 8 p.m., two roommates were fighting over breakfast cereal at 1755 West Albion Avenue, when one roommate stabbed the other in the back, said police.

The offender and the victim were taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois.

According to police, the offender was injured after he broke a glass. 

An officer at the scene described the victim's injuries as "superficial".

  7. The protein content too should be between 3-5 grams per serving and with 200 ml skimmed milk should provide 10-12 g of protein for that meal.
