Cops: Cross-dresser wanted for battery at Lakeview restaurant

A man, wearing what police described as a skirt, is wanted for an attack at a North Side, Chicago restaurant, said authorities.

Tuesday, police were called to Windy City Gyros, 3932 North Broadway, at approximately 1:15 a.m.

A male victim said he was assaulted by a male white, approximately 6-feet-tall, wearing a skirt, said police.

Investigators said the offender was last seen going southbound on Broadway.

At the time of this report, there was no indication an ambulance was called to the scene.

  1. As far as I'm concerned that's Uptown, and anything goes over there. Anybody who lives within its limits whether be ghetto thug or terra-cotta aficionado, is mentally ill for living there
