
Man threatens to shoot Uptown clerk?
Police were called to a Chicago, Uptown neighborhood convenience store, around 9:29 p.m.
According to police dispatch, a male inside JJ Peppers at 4800 North Sheridan Road, was threatening to "blast" the clerk and break the store's windows.
A 911 operator heard the confrontation between the clerk and the alleged offender, said police dispatch.
At approximately 9:31 p.m., officers were on the scene.
As of 10:34 p.m., there was no indication authorities made contact with the purported offender.
West Ridge robbery reported
A robbery was reported in Chicago's West Ridge, West Rogers Park community Tuesday evening.
Citing unconfirmed reports, a male victim was robbed near the intersection of West Devon Avenue and North Mozart Street, around 9:41 p.m.
The alleged victim reportedly told 911 that three males stole his wallet and his cell phone.
One source indicated that one of the so-called offenders is an 18-year-old male black, whom the victim reportedly knows by name.
However, that information was not confirmed.
Rogers Park auto-theft
Around 10:20 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen from the 1500 block of West Farwell, in Roger Park.
The stolen car was described as a green, 2001 Saturn with temporary tags.
The car may have damage on the front of the hood.
It appears the alleged victim did not witness the car theft.
JJ Peppers and the Shitlence house need to be razed.
