Accident: Car flips over in Lincoln Park

At least one person was reportedly injured when a vehicle rolled over in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

The crash occurred around 4:27 a.m. near the 3-way intersection where Lincoln, Fullerton, and Halsted meet, said police.

The number of vehicles involved was not disclosed.

An unconfirmed police dispatch report indicated a female driver was transported to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

Investigators said alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.

  1. To the previous poster - Look, I get it that a lot of us on here think that the Phoebe woman is an idiot. Believe me, I do. I read her original comment on here, saw was one commentor put up about her in a reply, saw her efforts to "shame" CNR at the blog she uses, etc.

But this stupid obsession with her, and making up these dumb commentor names followed by asinine remarks, really should stop. It's immature and also feeds directly into her objective of portraying people who use this blog as "evil racists."

Disagree with her all you want, that is fine. Grab comments she's made on other blogs & put them up on here, to show that she is just as biased as any other CNR reader (I especially liked the find about her denying the North Ave. Beach wildings last summer as "rumors started by suburban white boys" - to me, that is proof positive that she is an enabler & a denier who only acknowledges truths that are convenient to her point of view). But enough with bringing her name up, attaching low level stereotypical racial images to her name, and making absurd comments.

I'm certain that she is checking this daily and tracking each and every one of those comments. It's like when people "troll" on websites for the sports team they dislike, the political party they don't approve of, etc. If you stop feeding them with acknowledgements, eventually they will stop their trolling, too.
