Woman murdered, stabbed in Rogers Park apartment building
Police are investigating an apparent murder in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. The victim was reportedly stabbed to death.
At 6:33 p.m., a third party caller reported a potential homicide on the 7700 block of North Sheridan Road, near Sheridan and Juneway Terrace.
Preliminary information indicated the incident occurred in a 1st floor apartment at 7727 North Sheridan Road.
The 911 caller allegedly told police that a man named Larry Smith, told her he murdered a woman in his apartment.
According to one of Smith’s relatives, Smith reportedly murdered someone before.
At 6:43 p.m., police requested an ambulance.
An unconfirmed source said homicide detectives were notified shortly after the ambulance was requested.
It appears most of the police activity is focused toward the rear of the building.

Huh, the alleged perp is reported to have done something similar in the past? He must be a one-trick pony, always doing the same stunt over and over.
ReplyDeleteDating tip for women: Avoid ex-convicts and particularly those who have a history of murdering others. Check for prison looking tattoos. Be suspicious if the potential date can't account for where he's been in the last twenty years. The life you save may be your own.
I TOTALLY AGREE
