On Friday, November 4, 2011, police were called to a parking lot at 4666 South Halsted Street, near the corner of Halsted and West 47th Street.
According to YouTube user BogusChicago, a black woman and a white woman got into a fight at the City Sports Outlet store, where both women pulled out knives.
BogusChicago claims the responding officer refused to listen the store's security guard, who allegedly witnessed the confrontation.
"When the police arrived, the security guard attempted to tell what happened because he witnessed it all. They told him they didn't give a f*%k and immediately started trying to cuff the black girl, while the white girl ran free," said BogusChicago.
While attempting to place the female black suspect under arrest, the officer was shoved by a bystander. And instead of helping the officer subdue the suspect, the store's security guard repeatedly yelled at the officer, as he videotaped the cop struggling with the female suspect.
"That's a woman, man! That's a woman, man!" barked the guard, as the officer tussled with the combative female offender.
When the smoke cleared, not only was the female suspect arrested, the security guard was reportedly arrested, too.
BogusChicago said the security guard was arrested after he refused to give police the cell phone he used to record the confrontation.
The guard was allegedly charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and a host of other charges.
Doesn't look or act like a woman to me. Chicago's finest all the way around here. And your knives here are a hoot too.
ReplyDeleteNow tell me who looks like they precipitated the incident? From the video who is out of control? I would say the "red" head. You have not right to resist arrest. You will have your day in court and the judge will decide who was at fault.

So what if she's a woman, they can be far worse. Whoever that guy was who tried to help subdue her gets credit for sure. What part of "STOP" or not resisting don't these people get? I am getting so tired of these punks acting like they're all that and showing absolutely no respect for authority. If they cannot somehow learn to conform to the norms of the bigger society in which they live, they don't have a chance in hell of finding gainful employment and contributing something to society.
That said, if the white girl in the video was also complicit (involved in a knife fight), I hope she was apprehended as well. She certainly had a mouth on her.
Absolutely pitiful. I hope their parents and grandparents see this video so they can smack these punks into next week.
The so-called white woman looks to be Hispanic. Everybody looks alike to blacks though. The cop had a lot of patience, more than most people would have.

ReplyDeleteThis is actually an officer safety issue. He has no way of knowing what she is doing. Is she digging into the purse for a weapon?
Or is she trying to remove contraband/evidence?

The chivalrous guy “guard” was filming was typical of what blacks often do in this day and age: filming arrests hoping for the next Rodney King payoff. To them, ANY arrest is “brutality”. They know very well that it is all a scam, but gullible, guilty white liberals fall for it all the time.
Given the lawsuits and government settlements (payoffs), it makes sense that blacks would do this. It is like playing the lottery for them every time they get arrested. We get more of the behavior we reward.
Blacks do not respect authority because many if not most of them have been conditioned to disrespect law enforcement. Many of them believe that because of the legacy of slavery and the civil rights struggle, they are somehow above the law and that white racism is the cause of all their problems. This is exacerbated by the fact that the POTUS and the AG are both black.
At this point, the only thing that most of them respect is overwhelming force. Contrary to the specious accusations of “excessive force” and “racism” by blacks and liberals, many police are very reluctant to use enough force to make an arrest, and therefore they do not command much respect amongst blacks.
Ironically, this often causes the situation to become even worse. Using too little force causes the situation to escalate, ultimately using more force than otherwise would have been necessary. Using enough force, early enough in an encounter, will stop the problem much faster, with less force being used overall.
The reason that this arrest took so long is because the officer was unwilling to actually use enough force to affect the arrest in a timely fashion. This is likely because he was aware that he was being filmed and was worried about how that would look. The absurd, self-serving accusations of “brutality” and “racism” from the peanut gallery of armchair experts are inevitable anyway. He might as well have just gotten it over with as quickly as possible instead of playing around with that squirming loudmouth. If he had taken off the kid gloves, it would have looked bad, but it would have been over much more quickly. To top it off, he should not have been dancing around with someone who supposedly had a deadly weapon on them. Cuff them first, THEN search.

I'm Black. I don't know the story but if the Police is trying to arrest and you refuse. What are they supposed to do let you go. The black girl made things worse by resisting. Let the officer do his job. Their jobs are dangerous enough. Why make it harder on them. Police have a serious job and she's standing there laughing.
