Wrigleyville man mugged by sexually ambiguous assailant
Tuesday, around 11:49 p.m., a Wrigleyville neighborhood man was attacked and robbed by a thief whose gender is still unknown.
It’s unclear were the crime occurred, but police met with the victim on 1200 block of West Addison Street, near Addison and Racine.
According to the complainant, he was punched in the face by black “male or female” with short, brown hair.
The offender stole the victim’s cell phone, said police.
The thief is about 6-feet-tall and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black tights or leggings.
Police are investigating a sold lead.
