Pepper spray robberies shift to Lincoln Park

The assault and robbery occurred on the 400 block of West Arlington Place.

  1. Perhaps there needs to be a CITY WIDE ALERT put out there because these cowardly ghetto thugs will just keep moving to the next neighborhood that doesn't have a clue. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out!

  2. I have a feeling these crooks are using a vehicle to search for their victims and escape from the police. There is no way they could get out the area so quickly, on foot.

I think people should start paying attention to cars with several black occupants, who appear to be casing the area.

Pepper spray not only temporarily disables their victims and takes the fight out of them, it also prevents their prey from seeing them escape.
