The victim, whom police described as “elderly”, was robbed at 910 North Paulina Street near Paulina and Walton.
After the robbery, the victim went to the police station at 937 North Wood Street, to file a report.
Two white male offenders, both presumed to be in their forties, forcibly took the victim’s bankbook containing an undisclosed amount of cash, said police.
The crooks fled the scene southbound on Paulina Street, in a small green car, said officials.
The getaway car has a partial license plate of T81.

ReplyDeleteWhen the offenders are white they receive no sympathy from any other whites. There's no columnists or blog commentators coming to their defense.
ReplyDeleteWhen the criminals are black you've got the whole kit-kaboodle rushing to defend them. Columnists like Mitchell plead their case and blogs fill up with comments by blacks justifying anything they do. They'll make excuses for anyone as long as they're black and attack the white community while they're at it.
That's the difference in outlook and mentality between them.
