Father Sues Lynwood Village, Clerk Roy Valle, After Suspected DUI Car Crash Kills Mother of Four

February 4, 2011, Melikah Little, the mother of four small girls, was killed in a car accident. Lynwood village clerk, Roy Valle, who was purportedly driving the wrong way on Route 394, hit Melikah's car head-on while driving a Lynwood village vehicle.

Melikah's husband, Manuel Little, who was in a separate vehicle, broke his hip in the crash. Despite his injuries, Manuel still found the strength to rush to his wife's aid.

But it was too late. She was gone.

Lynwood village clerk, Roy Valle, has been accused of driving drunk.

Manuel Little is suing Valle and Lynwood for one million dollars in damages.

    only 1 million? if valle was drunk he and city owe more than 1 million dollars!

    He needs to sue the pants off that guy and the town. 1 million doesn't get it. It should be 1 million for every child. That man should be fired and not allowed to drive EVER again. We are way to lenient on drunk drivers, who, because they're drunk, very rarely get injured or die. What a shame.

    This is a heartbreaking, tragic story, that didn't have to happen. Drunk drivers are some of the dumbest, most dangers clowns on the planet.

    drinks + car = gun

    When "everybody" understands that, then maybe drunk drivers will be executed.
