The crime occurred in the North/Clybourn subway station at 1599 North Clybourn Avenue.
According to the victim, two African-American men robbed him. One suspect snatched the complainant’s cell phone and the other thief stole his wallet.
After the robbery, the offenders fled the scene via a southbound Red Line train from the North/Clybourn station.
One suspect was wearing a "lip ring".
More and more robberies on the CTA. Easy pickin's for these ghetto thugs, everyday and at all hours of the day & night. Surely the CTA knows this and yet, They do nothing! I would suggest that people who read this blog or listen to police scanners start calling the CTA and demanding better/more security! Nothing changes IF we do nothing.
ReplyDeleteHow many times are we going to read about two African-American men who double-team victims on the streets and CTA?
