I think criminals have something missing from their DNA or maybe something didn't connect in their brains when they were born. All they do is feed on the rest of us like fricking vampires or bloodsucking parasites. No wonder people are suspicious of certain people. They bring it on themselves and than wonder why they are disliked. Again I say, hold the parents responsible, at least for the underage ones. They do the crime, so do the parents. Watch how fast these parents get their preying kids in line. Nothing else seems to be working so there is nothing to lose by making this a law. Chicago's not responsible for your kids, I'm not responsible for your kids, the grandparents aren't responsible for your kids, welfare isn't responsible for your kids... That leaves THE PARENT!

ReplyDelete(high) crime
and
the 1% (sin) tax on restaurants, in the area bordered by North, 35th, Lake Shore and Halsted.
I hope the Asian Man is ok. :)
Before I started this blog, I had no idea there was so much crime downtown. I knew retail theft was a huge concern, but robberies never entered my mind.
ReplyDeleteI have ALWAYS thought that because there were hordes of people downtown and on Michigan Ave, that there were more police around because of the potential for crime. Seems there is more & more crime there as well. I must be getting stupid in my old age..
