Around 5 p.m., a suspicious package was located near the intersection of North Damen Avenue and West Chicago Avenue in Chicago's Ukrainian Village. The package was making a beeping sound.
According to the Chicago Police Department's Bomb and Arson Unit, the beeping device was a anti-theft censor, taken from a department store.
Traffic in the area resumed its normal pace around 7 p.m.
