On November 2, 2010, around 9:17 p.m., the landlord of a property on the 6000 block of South Hermitage Avenue, in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood, was robbed at gunpoint.
The gunman, whose face was partially covered, stole $350.00 from the landlord and fled the scene westbound on 60th Street.
The offender was described as an African-American man, wearing a brown, flannel jacket and black pants.
