Around 11 p.m., SWAT was called to a downtown hotel. I was informed of the situation at 11:25 p.m.
Based on the information I have, SWAT responded to the Comfort Inn and Suites at 15 East Ohio Street, in downtown Chicago.
According to police, a man was holding a woman hostage at the hotel.
At 11:36 p.m., the suspect was taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
