Rogers Park Man Robbed by 2 Thieves on 1 Bike
I don’t know if this is related to the robbery that occurred in Uptown on Oct. 18, 2010, but it certainly sounds familiar.
A man was robbed on the corner of North Ashland Ave. and West Greenleaf Ave., in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.
The incident occurred around 8:47 p.m.
The robbery victim said he was attacked by two men, who stolen his wallet and his Blackberry.
After the assault and robbery, the thieves shared a bike, as they peddled southbound on Ashland Ave.
A more detailed description of the offenders was not available.
