Elderly Female Lost and Confused at Chicago's Ford City Shopping Mall

12:48 am - A CTA employee contacted 911 after noticing an elderly woman waiting at a bus stop at the Ford City shopping mall, located at 7900 S. Cicero Ave.

The employee told 911 that the woman appeared to be frightened and confused.

The female in question was wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt and jeans.
