A woman was hit by a taxicab at the intersection of Clark Street and Eddy. When an officer arrived on the scene, the woman was still lying in the street. According to the officer, the woman needed immediate medical attention.
While the female victim was lying on the ground, an unknown male, attacked the cabdriver by punching his cab. Police arrested the man and charged him with assault and property damage.
