Shots Fired: 2000 W. 18th Place

1:23 pm -- A woman reported shots fired on the 2000 block of West 18th Place, in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Someone, possibly the shooter, was seen fleeing the scene in a gray van headed toward Damen Ave.

Approximately one minute after the first call was logged, a second caller reported hearing shots fired in the vicinity of 18th and Damen Ave.
