12:42 am -- A man called 911 to report that his “brother” stabbed him. Moments later, another caller reported 4 gang members fighting in the street, at the same location (4800 South Seeley Ave.).
Less than a minute after the gang disturbance was logged, 911 received a call that a man was shot on the 4900 block of South Seeley Ave.
