Criminal Property Damage: Chicago University Village

12:14 am --- Several knuckleheads were caught red-handed by a Chicago police officer, as they sprayed graffiti on the property at 1527 S. Halsted, located in Chicago’s Little Italy neighborhood.

At the time of the arrest, the suspects still had paint on their hands.  The arresting officer called for a tech to photograph the offenders' hands, as well as the wall they defaced.
