Chicago police dispatcher suspended for anti-gay remarks regarding Boystown robbery?

Is it true?

The police dispatch operator who made disparaging remarks regarding a man who was robbed in Chicago's Boystown neighborhood on Sunday, June 10, 2012, has been missing in action for the past two days.

Rumor has it, he was suspended.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Now if they could just get some real music out there....you people could "dance away your constrictions".......
