Early Wednesday evening, a victim was robbed inside a Rogers Park apartment building, said police.
Shortly after 4 p.m., six male black offenders participated in a robbery at 1546 West Jonquil Terrace, located between Bosworth and Ashland, said police.
The robbery was reported around 11 p.m.
Authorities said one suspect was armed with a chrome or silver handgun.
One thief, who is approximately 5'7" and 22-years-old, was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
A second offender is believed to be 25 to 26-years-old, about 200 pounds, and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
After the armed robbery, all six offenders fled the North Side apartment building on foot, said police.
