Citizen report: Blood spilled at South Side CTA station
According to a Chicago News Report reader, there was bloodshed at a South Side CTA train station New Year's Day.
On Saturday, January 1, 2012, around 1 a.m., an eyewitness reportedly observed "plenty of blood splatter" at the 79th Street CTA Red Line station at 15 West 79th Street.
The above photo, taken by the tipster, shows several police cars and at least one ambulance was called to the scene.
