I'm sure taxpayers are paying for that garden somehow...
ReplyDeleteApparently, its crazy to think the profits made from selling their produce should be enough to sustain some boxes full of dirt...
Um, there are more "pressing issues" up in Uptown right now. I'm not the type to gossip or anything but...........Happy MaryJane.
