At 4:05 a.m., a robbery was reported at 647 West Aldine Avenue near Aldine and Broadway, in the Lakeview neighborhood.

A Hispanic man was robbed by three male black offenders, said police.

The suspects, who were wearing dark-colored clothing, are approximately 5’11” and 18 to 21-years-old.

After the robbery, the thieves fled eastbound on Aldine.

Thirty-two minutes later, at 4:37 a.m., four black men stole several bottles of wine from the Lakeview 7-Eleven at 3407 North Halsted Street.

The thief who carried the liquor out the store, was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and sunglasses.

The lawbreakers fled the scene northbound on Halsted Street.

  1. Can ANYONE tell me why these ghetto thugs are in Lakeview, other than to inflict their violence and pathetic lives on innocent people? CALL 911!

  2. Are you by chance the hysterical young lady who followed me off the bus and up onto the Sheridan platform to scream at me to stop following you??
