What a bunch of scumbag losers. So typical of criminals to take advantage of a bad situation! I hope no one in their family ever needs help...people may not be able to help them..it's called "what goes around comes around".
ReplyDeleteThose idiots weren't the only bums taking advantage of the weather conditions. A woman on the south side was robbed with a SHOVEL!
ReplyDeleteThe thief threatened to hit her with it if she didn't give him her money. Of course, she complied with his demands.
There were also reports of people trying to steal stranded vehicles.
