Robbery in Neighborhood Where Man Was Shot 2 Hours Ago

Chicago police officers are investigating a robbery in the same neighborhood, where a South Shore man was shot twice in the stomach, nearly two hours ago.

The robbery occurred near 7900 South Clyde Avenue in Chicago‘s South Shore neighborhood, around 9:15 p.m.

The victim was robbed by three African-American men in all black clothing and face masks. One suspect is approximately 6’1” and was last seen wearing a pair of black Timberland boots. The other two offenders are about 5’9”.

After the robbery, all three suspects ran westbound through an alley near 79th Street.

    WTF! Here we probably all thought with the winter, there would be some quiet from these ghetto thugs. It's 13 degrees out right now without the wind chill..that's probably why they're wearing "face masks". I truly am dreading "summer in the city" this year because it seems far worse than last year.

    AH, I go on 2 blogs..I hardly think that's EVERYWHERE. I live in Edgewater and I love this blog. Why is that a problem? When someone brings my name into a comment (like the ECB) I'm doing to respond. Sorry if that bothers you. On the other hand, maybe I just like talking:) If someone takes the time to put a blog up, I think it's only respectful to comment, but that's just me...
