Man Shot in the Face: 8600 South Ada Street

A man was shot in the face on the 8600 block of South Ada Street on Chicago’s south side.
The shooting occurred around 1:50 a.m.
The victim was taken to Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Police say he is listed in serious to stable condition.
A motive for the shooting was not available, and there was no description of the shooter or shooters.
At 3 a.m., police were still processing the crime scene.
