According to police, 8-year-old Tyree Davis and his 11-year-old brother, were left alone in a Dolton, Illinois home… with a loaded gun.
Family members are claiming that the 8-year-old shot himself in the chest. Tyree was taken to Ingalls Hospital, located at One Ingalls Drive in Harvey, IL, where he later died.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
