Michael Westley, teen shot and killed by police, was a Lady Gaga, Ellen DeGeneres fan?

15-year-old Michael Westley died like a common street thug, but it appears he had a softer side?

On Father's Day, June 16, 2013, around 10:50 p.m., Chicago police shot and killed 15-year-old Michael Westley on the 6600 block of South Sangamon Street, according to various news reports.

During a foot chase, the 15-year-old allegedly pointed a gun at officers; which prompted at least one officer to fire his weapon.

Less than an hour after the shooting, Westley was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

While the dead teen's relatives claim he didn't have a gun, several YouTube videos unearthed by Chicago News Report, show Westley was no stranger to violent fantasies.

One video, entitled "Crack Life," shows Westley portraying a ruthless drug dealer threatening to blow a crackhead's "shit back" during a drug transaction.

Another video called "Tweekin'," features a shirtless Westley, along with another young male, gyrating in front of a camera while singing about shooting someone.

"Say hello, say hello to my little friend. I'll reload, I'll reload my little friend," chanted Westley.

However, as we dug deeper into Westley's online life, we discovered the teen wasn't all guns and gangs.

According to the dead boy's Twitter page, he was a Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and an Ellen DeGeneres fan.

    1. He chose to carry an illegal firearm and then aim it at police. Notin to do with racism or different hoods, uless you are implying that where he grew up it's okay to break the law and we should just all accept it?
He would be alive if he had not made that choice. It's a cop out to blame anybody else but him and his parents

  8. What these way out of control youths need to understand is if you point a gun at a police officer , they are not going to play cops and robbers with you !!!
A life or death situation with the police will definitely bring death to whoever is dumb enough to point a gun at them !!!
The police officer has the right to defend himself or herself and it will be judged a clean shoot !!!

Life is to precious to throw it away by thinking that just by pointing a gun at a police officer that they will get away !!! The parents of these misguided youths have to step up to the plate and teach their children wrong from right. GET RID OF THE CRAP MUSIC OH, THE RAP MUSIC !!!

  15. He didn't "allegedly" point the gun at officers. He did point it at officers. He would be alive today if he just followed the officer's instructions to stop running and put down the gun. If you point a gun at officers they are trained to eliminate the threat. The officer who shot him only did what he was trained to do. The kid pointed a glock with an extended magazine and had a revolver in his pocket. This kid wanted to be thug. Guess he died like one.
