On March 17, 2012, a Chicago police officer was filmed choking a woman on the city's North Side, according to a startling video posted online.
The incident happened across the street from the Salt and Pepper Diner, 3537 North Clark Street, in Chicago's Wrigleyville, Lakeview neighborhood on St. Patrick's Day.
In the video, a woman with a very boyish appearance and a male Chicago police officer exchange heated words.
Another woman stepped between the officer and the androgynous subject and tried to diffuse the situation, but the officer pushed her aside.
Seconds later, the officer grabbed the confrontational woman by the throat, at times, lifting her feet off the ground, and shoved her backwards onto a nearby sidewalk, pinning her to the ground with his knee.
According to online comments, the so-called mouthy woman is a member of the United States Marine Corps.
Chicago News Report is trying to get additional information on this story.
Oh those nasty, miserable, hostile, belligerent lesbians all over this city need to be put in their place. DeleteI honestly watched the video three times and still think it's a guy. Who does that he-she think he-she is!? Glad that officer put it in its place it was warranted (spat and stomped on the officer). Who knows if it was going to pull out a knife or something. It was escalating fast. Hope it got jail time; any word on that?

ReplyDeleteEven if it was a woman, numerous other comments claim this person tried starting three other fights and was told by the cop to walk away for quite a long time. This person refused and threatened the cop. The cop acted accordingly.
I gotta side with the cops this time. What happened to respect for the law and those that represent the law? The confrontational little jackass deserved to get jacked up. I support the cop. Alex Jones is wrong on this one.
