The incident occurred around 7:35 p.m. in the middle of the 1500 block of West Birchwood Avenue, between Greenview and Ashland, on Chicago’s Far North Side.
The alleged sexual offender was described as a male black, 19 to 25-years-old, with a very dark complexion.
The suspect, who was last seen running southwest on North Rogers Avenue, was wearing a ripped up black t-shirt, red and black gym shoes, and blue jeans, said police.
