Uptown: Woman pulled from Montrose Harbor

Rescue workers pulled a woman from the waters of Uptown’s Montrose Harbor, said authorities.

Police, firefighters, and EMS responded to the dock 5 at the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club, 601 West Montrose Drive, around 6:33 p.m.

Apparently, a woman, in the company of her “boyfriend”, slipped and fell into the harbor.

Citing CPD and CFD reports, the woman was pulled from the water at approximately 6:36 p.m.

The patient was immediately transferred to Weiss Memorial Hospital in Uptown.
