Sometimes… taking public transportation is like riding in a zoo on wheels.
Two grown men, one with a face full of gray hair, brought some WWE (Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment) to a crowded CTA bus, somewhere on Western Avenue.
A video of the whack smack-down opens with the younger of the two men announcing that “ there ain’t no bitch in me”.
It’s difficult to tell what the gentlemen were quarreling about, because a group of instigators kept shouting and encouraging the men to fight.
This happened on 1/10/13 or 1/12/12, 4 pm, coming up to the stop at Fulton (I got this from when the video catches the red LED sign above the driver around the 1:10- 1:20 mark). So if that's a Western bus like the title says it is, that's right over by the edge of East Garfield Park. Shocking that such behavior is seen over there.
ReplyDeleteAlso, when the driver stops at Fulton, he parks the bus & gets out of his seat. He's a really big guy but didn't do anything, though I don't blame him, he doesn't know if one of those idiots has a weapon on him.
Us "racists" refer to gentleman like this as "silverbacks".

ReplyDeleteWhy would I care to call a silverback that to his face? And why should that make a difference as to how I feel about them? I don't stop on the street to call a dog pile "shit;" I walk around it and avoid stepping in it. Same thing with these animals.
