Woman hit by car on State Street
A woman was struck by a vehicle in downtown Chicago, around 8 p.m.
The car accident happened on the 400 block of North State Street, near State and Hubbard, said police.
Prior to the incident, the woman was involved in an argument near the intersection, said authorities.
The injured woman was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
A female officer rode with the patient, because paramedics had to cut the woman’s clothes off, said police.
Information regarding the driver who reportedly hit the woman, was not available.
