19-year-old Dimitri Stephen, a likely born loser from the 4500 block of North Clarendon Avenue in Uptown, was charged with aggravated use of a weapon and unlawful use of a weapon on a public street, reports the Chicago Tribune.
Monday, June 27, 2011, Kenneth Angarone, an eagle-eyed Near North District Police Commander, spotted Stephen, along with a mob of black teenagers, leaving the Water Tower Place at 835 North Michigan Avenue.
Following a hunch the group was probably up to no-good, Angarone tailed the suspects.
As soon as Stephen realized the officer was following him, Stephen broke away from the crowd and took off running, said the Tribune.
Stephen was arrested and a loaded gun, that police say Stephen discarged, was recovered by investigators.
I hope this incident serves as a wake-up call for the Mary Mitchells and the bleeding-heart liberals of the world.
These ghettoized interlopers are not misguided teenagers, desperately in need of more taxpayer-funded sports programs.
They are homicidal sociopaths, raised on a steady diet of ignorance and violence - the only thing they respond to is brutality.
So watch your backs.

These ghetto thugs have turned WTP into a ghetto mall. Graffiti in the bathrooms, loud obnoxious groups of blacks with out the slightest clue what manners are. They ruin the malls in the south suburbs and than come into the city and ruin the places to shop here. This country is in a world of crap IF these are the kids we're leaving it to.

These kids used to be unpredictable, but they're attacking the same places over and over, it is easy to avoid them and give our business to safer areas of the city.
ReplyDeleteSad thing is more people are just waking up to this but this has been going on for years. As a kid who grew up in an area of White Flight back in the 90s and my parents were Liberals thus they stayed to show their tolerance my childhood was ruined in more ways then one by these animals
ReplyDeleteI am curious as to how many people who attended school and grew up in Chicago have been victims of crime. I'm willing to bet that its at least 50% of the people and probably over 80%.
ReplyDeleteI myself have had a gun pulled on me by a gang member because he thought that I was in "his" hood.
I was jumped by a mob of 15-20(guess the group and you'll be right) teens at my high school for being white on the wrong day.
I was hit in the face with a bottle by (insert gang name here).
I had my car shot at by some (gang name here, too).
I have had a vehicle broken into with items stolen.
This is just me. I have seen a lady mugged, several people that I knew were shot dead, one was beaten to death, I could go on...
If you think that I lived in some kind of "hood", I lived near North Park College and Northeastern Illinois University on the far north side. (Foster & Kedzie area)
I really feel for people, like Anonymous above, who have to do battle every day just to survive in this city. If law-abiding citizens stuck together more, we could turn this thing around.
Question is how many people who grew up here have been victims of crime. I'll say 100%. I don't know of a single person who hasn't been victimized, and what's more it's not just a one time only thing; it's happened multiple times with varying degrees of intensity.
ReplyDeleteFunny thing is, in this city with a large white population I've never been victimized by white crime, nor have most white people I know. It's always been done by blacks along with a smaller contingent of non-whites.
And this is just referring to crime itself. The amount of racial harassment, threats, and deliberate targeting of whites in this city by blacks has been a constant feature of city life. It's also ongoing as one can see from current events.
I trust that ChicagoKid and the rest of the commenters were raised properly by their parents and are NOT ghetto thugs. It starts at HOME and if the parents of these ghetto thugs are NOT going to raise them properly, how in the world is our city and it's citizens suppose to do that and why should we? It doesn't change a thing. It's what they are...MORALLY BANKRUPT GHETTO THUGS!
ReplyDeleteThere's a reason why this city experiences "white flight" and it's not solely due to color or ethnicity. CRIME is a major factor. And don't give me "it's the economy" either. Many many people are hurting and THEY are not committing crime. I think it's a cultural thing, plain & simple, passed down from generation to generation. All the help in the world is not going to help that.
They're like locust, destroying EVERYTHING in their path...next up WTP!
Pete, "Detroit" curbed this decades ago. There are no "malls" in the city proper for obvious reasons and the "malls" in the inner/outer ring suburbs instituted rules (like "no walking 7 wide") tri-county wide so as to be "politically correct".
