Does this have anything to do with the disappearance/death of Yvonne Johnson Hammer? She was last seen in this area and there is very little information about her disappearance, perhaps that she was released from police custody without her belongings, leaving her stranded without cell phone or money in the pre-dawn hours.
ReplyDeleteThey said this woman looked to be in her "twenties". Yvonne is 39. Wonder if they can really tell the differences in age? I sure hope it isn't her but feel bad for whomever this person belongs to. Tragic, the lack of respect for human life now days. "An eye for an eye. That which ye sow, so shall ye reap". Sounds good to me!
ReplyDeleteI was so struck by the fact this this woman's body was found next door to a church. This story is heartbreaking.
ReplyDeleteGuess they aren't around too often or perhaps they don't pay attention, which is part of the problem with some neighborhoods.
ReplyDeleteYou're so right towanda, that's the problem in ALL neighborhoods. And what's heartbreaking is that this story, this person's tragedy, and so many other stories like it go completely unreported by the mainstream media.
ReplyDeletewhen are they going to release names of suspects involved,,,we need to see justice done.
ReplyDeletethe police have better things that to search abandoend buildings for bodies what needs to happen is the government get strick with the owners of these places and make them take responabilty for boardning them up and making them safe and if they refuse to do so the property then goes up for pupblic auction. Takes care of the problem right there
ReplyDeleteI wish they would release information of those suspects if any in custody. Yvonne needs justice, and so does her family. This is heartbreaking for us, waiting and never hearing anything. Its been 2 yrs, we need some kind of hope in justice..... :/
ReplyDeleteI'm one of her cousins now it's January 2015 still no answers. The show called Justice was supposed to run a story about her but we haven't seen it in Michigan yet
