Man Attacked, Robbed at Albany Park McDonald’s

This afternoon, a man was mugged at a northwest side fast food restaurant.

The robbery occurred around 3:20 p.m. at the McDonald’s at 4546 North Kedzie Avenue in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood.

It's unclear if the crime occurred inside or outside the restaurant.

Police said the thief struck the victim in the face with an unidentified object and stole $300.00 dollars. The victim’s condition was not disclosed. However, it has been confirmed the victim was taken to a nearby hospital.

The offender is described as a Hispanic man, approximately 5’9”, 190 lbs, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, boots, and a gray jacket with yellow stripes on the sleeves.

After the strong-arm robbery, the crook fled the scene southbound on North Kedzie Avenue.

  1. I have repeatedly complained to management about the homeless and other weirdoes screwing with customers at the Express location by Loyola but they never do jack about it.
Today my least favorite, red Atlanta jacket balding and waiting around for his opportunity to beg or snatch something was in there. I hate walking to the other one as there are even more thugs over that way
