11:17 pm -- Two people were reportedly shot at on the 5700 block of South Troy, on Chicago’s south side. I have no information on the motive for the alleged shooting, and no injuries were reported.
The victims said the shooter or shooters, fled the scene in a black, Chevy Astro Van with a gold stripe.
Possibly related information:
At 11:22 pm, a concerned citizen called 911 to report a Hispanic male, approximately 5’7”, wearing a black shirt and black shorts, running with a gun near 57th and Kedzie. Moments later, at 11:24 pm, the same suspect was reportedly seen near 56th and Kedzie running through a gangway.
At 11:45 pm, another 911 call reported an older model (possibly late 1990's), red Suburban with one male Hispanic and three female Hispanics with a gun, cruising the area of 52nd and Troy.
These occurrences took place within a few blocks of the alleged drive-by shooting on South Troy Street.
