A brawl, allegedly filmed on the CTA Red Line, ended when someone reportedly sprayed mace or pepper spray into the air.
In the begining of the video, someone called someone else a bitch. After that, it's impossible to understanding what anyone is saying in the one minute and forty-three seconds clip.
One passenger, who was sitting dangerously close to the action, had to leave his seat to escape the violence.
Toward the end of the disturbing footage, a child's screams pierce the air and a little girl, accompany by an older female, runs toward the opposite end of the train.
I'm sorry... you naysayers can call me every name in the book, but this behavior isn't normal!
True, every race has its fools, but there is something seriously wrong with Chicago's young black population; and ignoring, or trying to shut me down, it isn't going to make the real problem go away!

ReplyDeleteBut I still don't understand why people that don't take incidences like these, or being stabbed, robbed, ethnically intimidated, cyber-bullied, constantly hustled and harangued or being subject to a hostess sitting you next to the Federation of Flaming Flight Attendants every where you go in this city can't just accept "these things just happen" (everyday) - and move if they don't like it. It's that simple, just pack your bags and move.
I'm not yet 60 years old, but I remember taking the elevated with my mom about 1960 to 63rd and Halsted. A person wouldn't think of crime.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't always this bad. Like someone said, when Kennedy was assasinated everything seemed to go downhill in the country afterwards. And of course the early 60s were the time in Chicago when whites began fleeing the South Side. But even then, blacks 50 years ago tended to be well-mannered, with two parents, and black areas were safe to visit. The decline of the black family has destroyed so many urban areas, along with illegal immigration.
Black people need to be confined to 1 train car if they are going to act like this. (or just ban them from america all together)
