Two suspects were arrested in connection to a robbery in Chicago’s North Side Lincoln Park neighborhood.
The initial 911 call came from the Mobil gas station at 1106 West Fullerton Avenue, around 4:14 p.m.
However, it appears the robbery actually occurred several block south of that location, in the area of Dickens and Sheffield Avenues.
Two black males, believed to be in their teens -- one with a blond Mohawk -- took the victim’s glasses and an iPod, said authorities.
Approximately ten minutes after the robbery was reported, DePaul University campus police apprehended the thieves near the intersection of North Bissell Street and West Armitage Avenue.
This story probably sounds familiar, because less than a month ago, two black males stole a woman's eyeglasses on the 2300 block of North Orchard Street.
