According to a Chicago police community alert, on Monday, October 31, 2011, at 5:00 p.m., a 15-year-old girl was attacked at a bus stop near Howard and Ridge.
A black male offender on a blue mountain bike, grabbed the girl, forced her into a nearby alley, where he fondled her, said police.
Two days later, on November 2, 2011, the same offender chased the girl in the vicinity of where the first attack occurred, said authorities.
During the second incident, the girl was able to get away.
The offender is 20 to 25-years-old, about 5'08", approximately 190 pounds, with a dark complexion and facial hair.
The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a red checkered shirt, blue jeans, and black/red/white/grey gym shoes.

That police sketch doesn't really look black to me. There have been quite a few of these misleading sketches over the past year. Are the people that draw them up to some PC garbage? OR is someone telling them to draw suspects to look more white?? Something is definitely going on...
ReplyDeleteDoesn't the victim tell the sketch artist how to draw the perp? Like big nose/small nose or thick lips/thin lips blue eyes/green eyes. Stuff like that? The artist can only draw what the victim discribes. But you're right, the sketch doesn't look black at all.
ReplyDeleteI suppose the perp will blame this on the economy too. "Times are tough, I need to get me some...."
