Woman injured in hit and run on Hollywood Ave.
A female pedestrian was hit by a car on Chicago’s North Side, said police.
The incident occurred around 10:37 p.m., on the 5600 block of North Magnolia Avenue, near Magnolia and Hollywood, said authorities.
According to eyewitnesses, the woman was struck by a black Lexus with dealer plates.
Police said the vehicle was last seen going eastbound on Hollywood toward Sheridan Road. Investigators believe the car may have gotten on Lake Shore Drive.
The victim received minor injuries and was alert and conscious, said an officer at the scene.

There must be a whole lot of people driving without insurance AND with records/warrants, not to mention illegals, with all these hit & run accidents happening. Time for stings ALL over this city. Think of the revenue and the arrests this could bring. Hell, this could get the city out of debt and fill that empty prison, adding jobs for the economy:)
